Lanita Pettey Hammett

I first saw clogging at a square dance and fell in love with it.    I didn’t find anyone near me to teach clogging until 2005.    I started taking lessons and even danced competitively for a few years.    Life and work got in the way of clogging in 2014.    I never lost my love for clogging and finally returned to it in 2019.   In 2021 I decided I wanted to be an instructor.    I finished the CCI program in 2022.    I am the director/instructor for the ARKY CLOGGERS in Conway, AR.    I am married to Mike Hammett.
